Ravi Teja, the ultimate Tollywood action hero, not only stars in the film but also produces it under his banner, RT Team Works, along with Abhishek Pictures. The story revolves around Ravindra, a junior lawyer who works under his ex-girlfriend Kanaka Mahalakshmi. Things take a dramatic turn when Harika Talwar, the R&D head of pharmaceutical company Syncox Pharma, seeks Ravindra's help in proving her father Vijay Talwar's innocence. He has been arrested for a murder, but things quickly spiral out of control when DIG Narasimha Murthy and two goons, along with a doctor, are found brutally murdered.
ACP Hanumanth Rao takes the lead in investigating the case, and he uncovers a shocking twist. Ravindra is the actual mastermind behind the murders and also responsible for Vijay Talwar's imprisonment. He had blackmailed Saketh, a makeup artist, into creating prosthetic faces by kidnapping his girlfriend Jaanu. Ravindra then disguises himself as Kanaka's husband, Sekhar, and kills Harika. The police arrest Sekhar, and a cat and mouse game ensues between Saketh, Jaanu, Hanumanth Rao, and Ravindra.
But that's not all. As the story unfolds, Ravindra reveals his true motive. His father was ailing, and he had met Dr. Shanti, who discovered that Syncox Pharma had ties with the medical mafia and were involved in unethical human trials. Harika, Home Minister Mudi Reddy, and Vijay Talwar were the masterminds behind the plan to cover their tracks. They had taken the help of Sekhar, Narasimha Murthy, and the two goons to finish off Dr. Shanthi. Enraged, Ravindra takes it upon himself to target those responsible for Shanti's death. Saketh finally agrees to help Ravindra in his mission.
In the climax, Ravi finally kills Mudi Reddy at a political gathering and puts the blame on Mudi Reddy's henchmen Devaraju, thus closing the case. After all the drama and chaos, Ravi lives happily ever after with his girlfriend turned wife Keerthana.
Though the film received mixed reviews from critics, Ravi Teja's performance was universally praised.
